For new clients, I arrange a short meeting with you and your cat before care begins. This allows me to go through their routine, feeding, litter, and any specific instructions, and understand how your cat is cared for day to day. It also gives us both the chance to make sure it feels like the right fit before care is confirmed.
Clear Care Instructions & Authorisation
Once care is confirmed, everything is clearly written down, including your cat’s routine and veterinary and emergency authorisation, so there is no uncertainty while you are away.

About Irene
I have more than 20 years’ experience working with veterinary clinics as a Territory Manager in the animal health industry, with a territory covering Sydney, the Central Coast and the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
During this time I worked with practices across the region supporting widely used veterinary products and building long-standing professional relationships with many veterinary clinics.
For more than 30 years I have also lived with and cared for my own cats, including Burmese and Bengals, and have experience managing conditions such as hyperthyroidism, HCM and age-related blindness. Living with cats over many years has given me a deep appreciation of how individual each cat’s temperament and needs can be.
My aim is simple: calm, reliable care so your cat can remain safe and comfortable in the home they know best while you are away.
